Following the explosion of BookTok, literary advice and discussions on the TikTok network, Bookers Italia, the first Italian agency of marketing influencers totally dedicated to the world of books, has been created. The aim is to promote influencers, those creators who manage to capture a large audience by spreading cultural content. Founders Gianluca Daluiso and Federico Fabiano tell Leggo about the birth of the project: «We have gathered a community of millions of followers between Instagram and Tik Tok. And what’s great is that the vast majority of the audience is made up of boys aged between 13 and 25. » Their project is not limited to Italy. The idea is to multiply this kind of influencer marketing agency in other countries as well (for 2022, the UK is planned), and to promote influencers in the fields of theatre and museums.
