Turin International Book Fair: Italian books on the international market

On Sunday 17 October at 11 a.m., in the Sala Magenta (Hall 3) of the Turin International Book Fair, the debate Italian books on the international market will take place. With the participation of Angelo Piero Cappello, Emanuela Canali, Simonetta Fiori, Paolo Grossi, Irene Pepiciello, Paola Pecchioli and Laura Pugno. Event organised in collaboration with : Centro per il libro e la lettura – Ministry of Culture, MAECI – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Treccani (newitalianbooks).

Over the last twenty years, sales of rights of Italian titles abroad have increased fivefold. What new initiatives, promoted by public institutions, can help strengthen support for Italian publishing on international markets?
