La volpe che amava i libri
Nel freddo inverno siberiano, una piccola volpe diversa dalle altre scopre l’amore per i libri e comincia a rubarne in paese per portarli nella sua tana. Il suo progetto infatti è di trascorrere il proprio letargo leggendo senza sosta. Ma un dolcissimo topolino e un corvo spietato busseranno alla sua porta in cerca di ospitalità. Dovranno imparare a convivere, ognuno con i propri ricordi, le proprie paure e le proprie speranze, in attesa della primavera.
Il volume ha avuto un enorme successo di vendite (sette ristampe in 3 anni e 35.000 copie vendute), al punto che che centinaia di scuole lo hanno adottato come testo scolastico e al punto che esistono libri di grammatica che usano sue frasi per insegnare l’italiano ai ragazzi.
Un libro di sicuro impatto, che presenta tutti gli elementi base dell’amore per la lettura: i libri, la natura, una volpe, la neve e animaletti che sorseggiano tè davanti al fuoco.

Nicola Pesce nasce a Salerno nel lontano 19/04/1984. All’età di sedici anni aveva già scritto oltre 10 romanzi e 100 racconti ma non era riuscito a farsi pubblicare da nessun editore. Decise così di fondare quella che oggi è Edizioni NPE, diventando il più giovane editore distribuito della storia. Scrisse, disegnò, fece da segreteria e da redazione, stampò nottetempo la sua prima rivista, mentre di giorno seguiva il liceo prima e l’università poi.
Oggi Edizioni NPE è una delle prime venti case editrici di fumetto in Italia, “la casa editrice del fumetto d’autore”. Piccolo imprenditore seriale, Nicola si alterna tra l’editoria ed altre società che ha fondato o che gestisce, ritagliandosi anche un po’ di spazio per leggere una infinità di libri classici, scrivere i suoi romanzi (che fino al 2019 non aveva mai voluto pubblicare!) e viaggiare armato di portatile per lavorare e penna e agendina per scrivere.

In the cold Siberian winter, a small fox unlike the others discovers a love for books and begins to steal them from the village to take them to her den. Her plan, in fact, is to spend her hibernation reading non-stop. But a sweet little mouse and a ruthless crow will knock on her door seeking hospitality. They will have to learn to live together, each with their own memories, fears, and hopes, while waiting for spring.
The book has had enormous sales success (seven reprints in 3 years and 35,000 copies sold), to the point that hundreds of schools have adopted it as a textbook.
There are also grammar books that use its sentences to teach Italian to children.
A book with a sure impact, which is focused on all the basic elements of the love for reading: books, nature, a fox, snow, and little animals sipping tea by the fire.

Nicola Pesce was born in Salerno on 19/04/1984. By the age of sixteen he had already written over 10 novels and 100 short stories but had not managed to get any publisher interested. So he decided to found what is now Edizioni NPE, becoming the youngest self-distributing publisher in history. He wrote, drew, acted as secretary and editor, printed his first magazine at night, while during the day he attended high school first and university later.
Today Edizioni NPE is one of the top twenty comic book publishers in Italy, ‘the publisher of auteur comics’. A serial small business owner, Nicola alternates between publishing and other companies that he has founded or that he manages, also carving out a little time to read an infinite number of classic books, write his novels (which until 2019 he had never wanted to publish!) and travel armed with a laptop to work and a pen and notebook to write.

在寒冷的西伯利亚冬天，一只与众不同的小狐狸发现了自己对书籍的热爱。它开始悄悄潜入村庄，偷走书本，带回自己的洞穴，打算在冬眠期间不停阅读。一天，一只温柔的小老鼠和一只冷酷的乌鸦敲响了它的门，希望能一起过冬。三位性格迥异的小动物必须学会彼此接纳，在漫长的寒冬中，共同面对各自的回忆、恐惧、希望，静静等待春天的到来。
这本书取得了巨大的成功，三年内重印七次，累计销量达到三万五千册，甚至数百所学校把这本书选作教材使用。如今，还有语法教材引用书中的句子，帮助孩子们学习意大利语。
这是一本极具感染力的书，汇集了所有激发阅读兴趣的元素：书本、大自然、一只狐狸、皑皑白雪，还有一群围坐炉火品茶的小动物。

尼古拉·佩谢于1984年4月19日出生在意大利萨莱诺。年仅十六岁时，他已经写下了十多部小说和一百多篇短篇故事，但未能找到任何出版社愿意出版。于是他决定创办如今的NPE出版社（尼古拉·佩谢出版社），成为有史以来最年轻的拥有发行渠道的出版商。他身兼数职，既是作家，又负责绘画、秘书工作、编辑事务，他熬夜印刷他的第一本杂志，白天则继续上高中，后来还读了大学。
如今，NPE出版社已跻身意大利前二十名漫画出版社之列，被誉为“漫画作者的出版社”。作为一位小型的连续创业者，尼科拉在出版事业与自己创办或经营的其他公司之间来回奔波，仍会抽出时间阅读大量经典书籍，创作小说（这些小说直到2019年他才决定出版！），还常常带着笔记本电脑和一本手账四处旅行，一边工作，一边写作。
