Sasà è uno spazzino e da trent’anni pulisce le strade della sua piccola città. È un uomo lungo e secco, e veste sempre di scuro. Un vero professionista della pulizia! Alto, leggero e sottile, se ne va nella notte, armato di scopa, di secchio e di sacchi. Dove passa Sasà non rimane nemmeno una briciola, nemmeno una scaglia di sporco. Ogni notte tira a lucido le sue amate strade, accompagnato soltanto dal suo allegro fischiettare e dal fruscio della sua scopa di saggina.

The street cleaner
Sasà is a street cleaner and has been cleaning the streets of his small town for thirty years. He is a tall, thin man, and always dresses in dark clothes. A true cleaning professional! Tall, light and thin, he goes out into the night, armed with a broom, a bucket and bags. Wherever Sasà goes, not even a crumb remains, not even a flake of dirt. Every night he cleans his beloved streets, accompanied only by his cheerful whistling and the rustling of his sorghum broom.
Sasà has seen all sorts of things on the streets of his town […] The strangest thing happened a few years ago, when Sasà found lying on the ground none other than… an angel!

Andrea Biscaro was born in 1979 in Ferrara. Writer, singer-songwriter, poet and ghostwriter, he is the author of numerous novels for children and adults published by various Italian publishing houses, including Giunti and Caissa Editore. For Edizioni Astragalo he wrote Lo spazzino, a delicate and surprising story, embellished by the emotional illustrations of Malune, a sensitive artist with a unique style.

安德烈亚·比斯卡罗，1979年生于费拉拉，是一位作家、创作歌手、诗人兼代笔作家。他创作了多部面向青少年和成人的小说，作品由包括琼蒂出版社和卡伊莎出版社在内的多家意大利出版社出版。在阿斯特拉伽罗出版社，他创作了这本温柔而充满惊喜的绘本《清洁工萨萨》。本书插图由玛露内绘制（本名玛蒂娜·卢纳尔代利），这位画风独特、情感细腻的艺术家，为故事增添了动人的视觉魅力。
