Lyon: Italissimo, Italian literature and culture festival

The Italian literature and culture festival Italissimo is back to Lyon.

From 2 to 5 October 2025, there will be a series of events, readings and screenings, with the participation of many Italian authors.

The 5th edition of Italissimo Lyon is promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute in Lyon together with the Consulate General and supported by the Italian Embassy in France, the Centre for Books and Reading and ICE (Italian Trade Agency). Among the authors present at the Festival are Ilaria Gaspari, Antonio Franchini and  Antonio Scurati. The Festival poster was designed by artist Lorenzo Mattotti.
