Tutte le mie cose belle sono rifatte
by Fumettibrutti
Breaking down to reveal one’s integrity. An intimate and public, personal and political construction and reconstruction. The Trilogia esplicita – Fumettibrutti’s masterpiece consisting of Romanzo esplicito, P. La mia adolescenza trans and Anestesia – finds its eagerly awaited and surprising continuation. Josephine Yole Signorelli returns to memoir, to the narration of her own story in the first person, strengthened by extraordinary artistic maturity and the many important experiences she has had, especially in recent years, with an added touch of the sharp irony well known to those who follow her on social media. A book destined to provoke discussion and reflection, to move and excite. Fumettibrutti in its purest form. For those who loved her from the very first moment, discovering her online and consecrating her with the success of Trilogia esplicita. And for those who are now approaching her poetics, so intimate and so universal, to get to know her and recognise themselves in her.
