Malbianco by Mario Desiati (Einaudi), Il prodigio by Fabrizio Sinisi (Mondadori) and Destinazione errata by Domenico Starnone (Einaudi) are the winners of the Italy-Greece edition of the Intersezioni Prize. Organised by the Centre for Books and Reading of the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Athens, the Prize is awarded annually to three works published in Italy in the previous year. Each title is awarded a grant of 5,000 euros, intended for Greek publishers who will acquire the rights and oversee the translation and publication. The awards ceremony will take place on 18 June at the Megaron in Athens.
