Argomenti di diritto penale. L’elemento psicologico del reato: il confine tra dolo eventuale e colpa cosciente. Con QR Code per sitografia
by Sanna, Cecilia
What role does the subjective element play in the structure of a criminal offense? How can one distinguish between the various psychological components that drive criminal conduct? This text seeks to address these and other questions through the analysis of criminal cases, judicial decisions, and scholarly interpretations. It explores the complex issue of culpability in criminal law, culminating in an examination of the problematic relationship between dolus eventualis and conscious negligence—a legal issue that has long been debated in legal scholarship, courtrooms, and academic circles.
Presented in a concise format, the work serves as a valuable resource for the preparation and review of foundational university examinations, offering a simplified, essential, and clear—yet rigorous and precise—didactic approach. The volume equips readers with effective and accessible conceptual tools aimed at optimizing study time and clarifying highly technical legal doctrines. It is also intended for curious readers who may not be legal experts but wish to deepen their understanding of legal topics frequently at the center of public and media discourse.
