The relationship between teacher and student is not based solely on teaching; it is a complex educational relationship, an encounter in which experiences and emotions are shared, and learning and growth occur together. When the relationship ends, the teacher often feels a deep melancholy, a sense of mourning. The passion and dedication with which they interpret their role as educators makes it difficult to detach themselves, aware that they have contributed not only to the education of their students, who will independently approach the world of work, but also to their personal growth. A good teacher must possess multiple skills to influence the consciousness of their students, must empathically put themselves on the line, but then must manage their energy and recover it in preparation for the next relationship.
