Giulia, Barbara, and Raffaella are three employees at a company in Parma. Their lives were already complicated, between difficult relationships with their children, unpredictable love lives, and a stressful work environment dominated by favoritism and bullying. Since the pandemic brought hundreds of hours of furlough, everything has become even harder.
