Zoe, twenty-eight, isn’t very satisfied with her life. She lives in a sixty-square-meter apartment with Marco, her roommate—a charming heartbreaker with little taste for sentimentality. She works in a call center, where she can’t stand anyone. Her parents are constantly arguing. Most of all, she has never managed to free herself from the anxieties and insecurities that have always defined her.
So, when Alessandro, the boy she has secretly loved for years, reaches out to her, Zoe thinks that maybe, finally, things are starting to go right.
