Chronicæ for newitalianbooks
From 11 to 14 April 2024, on the stage of the Teatro Filarmonico in Piove di Sacco, the 10th edition of Chronicae will be staged, the first and foremost Italian festival dedicated to historical fiction, a significant cultural festival that enlivens Piove di Sacco (PD) and the entire Saccisica region. The festival, conceived and organised by the Sugarpulp Cultural Association, is under the artistic direction of Matteo Strukul, winner of the 2017 Bancarella Prize and author of international bestsellers such as Il cimitero di Venezia (Newton Compton) and the historical tetralogy I Medici (Newton Compton).
This month Chronicae offers newitalianbooks readers a focus on some of the most interesting historical novels published recently in Italy.
