Gli incarnati

by Caliandro, Alessio
Gli incarnati

In a dystopian present, against the backdrop of a grey and alienating Rome, the protagonist of Gli incarnati escapes his daily frustrations by cultivating an erotic obsession with a young stranger. This desire will be so uncontrollable that it will lead him to change his body. A tumour with an absurd cerebral morphology develops in his right testicle. His second intelligence, that of the flesh, guides him to liberation from all social and family conventions, allowing him to experience the pure impulses of the body. His encounter with the Clitoris Woman, his female counterpart, then puts the entire civilisation in danger.
