Circulation of European Literary Works

The Call for Circulation of European Literary Works dedicated to the literary translation of works of fiction into and from the languages legally recognised by the 40 countries participating in the Creative Europe Programme has been published.

The call will support around 40 projects, implemented by a single organisation or a group of organisations.

Creative Europe’s 2024 call supports the translation, promotion and circulation of European literary works of fiction (novels, poetry, comics etc.) with a total budget of €5 million. 40 projects will receive funding and the call is open for individual organisations or consortia.

Interested organisations can apply individually or as member of a consortium, with minimum two eligible organisations. Each project must be based on a sound editorial and promotional strategy covering a package of at least five eligible works of fiction translated from and into the languages as detailed on the following page.
