From Sydney: Leonardo Sciascia
On 26 August 2022, at 6 p.m., at the Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney, lecture by Giulia Torello-Hill, Senior Lecturer and Director of the Italian Program at the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of New England. Giulia Giorello-Hill’s “Sciascian Lecture” will be followed by communications by Barbara Pezzotti(Monash University, Melbourne) and Anna Maria Pagliaro (Monash University, Melbourne)
Lezioni sciasciane nel mondo are an initiative promoted by the National Committee of the Sciascia Centenary, led by Senator Emma Bonino and by the Association of Leonardo Sciascia’s Friends, in collaboration with the University for Foreigners of Perugia and the Istituto per l’Enciclopedia Italiana Treccani, and supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
