Italian Literature Festival in Vienna

The fifth edition of the Italian Literature Festival in Vienna will take place at the Odeon Theatre from 27 February to 1rd March 2026.

An intense weekend with authors from Italy who will talk about contemporary Italian literature through different genres and languages.

This year’s festival authors are (in order of appearance) Antonio Albanese, Sandro Veronese, Marco Presta, Claudia Lanteri, Rachele Ferrario, Giorgio Vallortigara, NicolettaVerna, Federica Manzon, Luca Crovi.

The La Fonte Festival is organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Vienna, the Libellula association and the Librai in corso association.
