Una coppia arriva alla pensione e solo allora si rende conto che qualcosa la divide: lui non vede l’ora di vivere ciò che ha sempre dovuto rimandare, lei sta bene dov’è e non cerca avventure di nessuna specie. Un albo che ci racconta che la vita è un viaggio, e che l’unico autentico pericolo che corriamo è quello di non intraprenderlo mai.

Davide Calì, nato in Svizzera, è fumettista, illustratore e autore per bambini. I suoi libri escono in Italia per Kite Edizioni, Zoolibri, Orecchio Acerbo, Arca; in Francia per Sarbacane, Actes Sud e Thierry Magnier; negli Stati Uniti con Chronicle; in Portogallo per Planeta Tangerina. Al momento, Davide ha all’attivo più di cento pubblicazioni tradotte in numerose lingue e diffuse in più di 30 paesi. Ha inoltre ricevuto premi in Francia, Belgio, Germania, Svizzera, Spagna e Stati Uniti.
Nata nel 1992, Cecilia Ferri si laurea in Illustrazione e Fumetto presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna dove ha anche conseguito la laurea biennale in Illustrazione per l’Editoria. Nel corso degli anni ha partecipato a diverse mostre, tra le quali il Macmillan Prize a Londra, il Silent Book Contest in occasione della Children’s Book Fair 2015 e Pagine d’Arte a Bologna. Nel 2016 ha vinto il premio per l’incisione “Giorgio Morandi”: il lavoro con cui ha partecipato è stato esposto presso la Pinacoteca di Bologna. Nel 2017 suoi lavori sono stati esposti alla Mostra degli Illustratori durante la Children’s Book Fair, dove le è stato assegnato l’Ars in Fabula grant award.

Born in Switzerland, Davide Calì is a comic artist, illustrator, and children’s book author. His books are published in Italy by Kite Edizioni, Zoolibri, Orecchio Acerbo, and Arca; in France by Sarbacane, Actes Sud, and Thierry Magnier; in the United States by Chronicle; and in Portugal by Planeta Tangerina. To date, Davide has authored over a hundred books, translated into numerous languages and distributed in more than 30 countries. He has received awards in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and the United States.
Born in 1992, Cecilia Ferri graduated in Comics and Illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, where she also completed a two-year degree in Illustration for Publishing. Over the years, she has taken part in several exhibitions, including the Macmillan Prize in London, the Silent Book Contest during the 2015 Children’s Book Fair, and Pagine d’Arte in Bologna.
In 2016, she won the “Giorgio Morandi” printmaking prize; the work she submitted was exhibited at the Pinacoteca of Bologna. In 2017, her illustrations were selected for the Illustrators Exhibition at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, where she received the Ars in Fabula Grant Award.

大卫·卡利出生于瑞士，是一位漫画家、插画师、儿童文学作家。他的图书在意大利由凯特出版社、动物派出版社、敏锐出版社、方舟出版社出版，在法国由萨巴康出版社、南方文献出版社、提耶里·马尼耶出版社出版，在美国由编年史出版社出版，在葡萄牙由橘子星球出版社出版。目前，他已出版超过一百本图书，被翻译成多种语言，在30多个国家发行，他还在法国、比利时、德国、瑞士、西班牙、美国获得多个奖项。
塞西莉亚·费里，生于1992年，毕业于博洛尼亚美术学院插画与漫画专业，并在该学院获得了出版插画专业硕士学位。多年来她参加了多项展览，包括伦敦的“麦克米伦绘本奖”、2015年博洛尼亚童书展的“无字书大赛”以及博洛尼亚的“艺术篇章”展览。2016年，她凭借参赛作品获得了“乔治·莫兰迪”版画奖，该作品在博洛尼亚美术馆展出。2017年，她的作品入选博洛尼亚童书展插画家展览，并荣获“法布拉艺术学院插画资助奖”。
