Thoni è un tonno di sei anni e mezzo che sta per trascorrere le vacanze a casa dei nonni insieme ai cugini Marlin, Pempo, Cocò e Rico. Insieme sono un gruppo fenomenale, ogni giorno vivono imprese super esilaranti e persino una missione segreta! Quando Nonna e Nonno annunciano che andranno al mare, i cugini non stanno nella pelle. Tutti tranne Thoni, che non sa come dirlo ma… si sente un pesce fuor d’acqua. Per davvero! Giuseppe Ferrario è nato e vive a Milano. Il suo lavoro è la sua passione: disegnare. È illustratore di libri e fumetti, pubblicità e cartoni, poster e giocattoli, etichette di birre e scatole, magliette, vetrine e cose ben più strane.
Ha quattro figli, due femmine e due maschi. Anche una moglie, un pesce, tre biciclette, tante sneakers e una macchina sette posti. Thoni e i suoi cugini è il suo primo progetto in cui è sia autore che illustratore. La prima avventura, Un’estate fuor d’acqua, è arrivato finalista al Premio Strega Ragazze e Ragazzi 2021.

Two colours illustrations
Giuseppe Ferrario was born in Milan where he still lives. His job is his passion: drawing. He draws comics and books, advertising and cartoons, posters and toys, beer labels and boxes, T-shirts, shop windows and other even stranger things. He has four children, two girls and two boys. Also a wife, a fish, three bicycles, many sneakers and a seven-seats car. Thoni and his cousins is the first project where he is both author and illustrator. The first adventure, A Summer out of Water, made it to the finals for the Italian children book prize Premio Strega Ragazze e Ragazzi 2021.

朱塞佩·费拉里奥，出生并居住于米兰。他的工作正是他的兴趣所在：画画。他的插画涉及绘本、漫画、广告、动画、海报、玩具、啤酒标签、包装盒、T 恤、橱窗等，甚至更奇特的事物。
他有两个女儿、两个儿子，还有一位太太、一条鱼、三辆自行车、许多双运动鞋和一辆七座车。《托尼和他的表兄妹》是他首次身兼作者与插画师的项目，系列首作《离水一夏》入围 2021 年“意大利斯特雷加儿童文学奖”决选名单。
