Beatrice Masini è nata nel 1962 a Milano, dove vive e lavora. Autrice, editor, giornalista e traduttrice. Ha tradotto i libri della saga di “Harry Potter” dal terzo al settimo. Per molti anni è stata editor responsabile dei romanzi per ragazzi per la casa editrice Rizzoli. Attualmente è responsabile della narrativa per Bompiani. Ha pubblicato molti libri con diversi editori italiani tradotti in molte lingue e ha vinto numerosi premi: Premio Pippi, Premio Elsa Morante e Premio Andersen.
Giulia Tomai è un’ illustratrice nata a Roma nel 1990. Dopo aver frequentato l’ Istituto Europeo di Design, comincia a lavorare per numerosi editori italiani e stranieri. I suoi lavori hanno ricevuto premi e riconoscimenti dalla Society of Illustrators di New York, dall’ American Illustration e dalla China Shanghai Children’ s Book Fair. Ha vinto l’ Award of Excellence di Communication Arts per il Diario di Anne Frank (Mondadori, 2019). Nel 2023 i suoi lavori sono stati selezionati dalla Bologna Children’ s Book Fair per la mostra “Eccellenze italiane della nuova generazione”.

Beatrice Masini was born in 1962 in Milan where she lives and works. Author, editor, journalist and translator. She has translated the books of the ‘Harry Potter’ saga from the third to the seventh. For many years she was the editor in charge of children’s novels for the publishing house Rizzoli. She is currently responsible for fiction at Bompiani. She has published many books with various Italian publishers translated into many languages and won numerous awards: Premio Pippi, Premio Elsa Morante and Premio Andersen – Il mondo dell’infanzia as best author.
Giulia Tomai is an illustrator born in Rome in 1990. After attending the European Institute of Design, she began working for numerous Italian and foreign publishers. Her works have received prizes and awards from the Society of Illustrators in New York, the American Illustration and the China Shanghai Children’s Book Fair. He won the Communication Arts Award of Excellence for Diary of Anne Frank (Mondadori, 2019).
