Lettera da Liverpool is the story of the sporting history of Liverpool FC: the football events of the Mersey team have always been strongly linked to the cultural and political aspects of the city and the characters who have crossed it. Eleven chapters unfold the matches, the deeds of many protagonists in red (of today and of the past), defeats and triumphs, tragic moments (Heysel and Hillsborough), and the events of a place that, with the music of the Beatles and the workers’ revolts, has been the absolute protagonist of contemporary revolutions.
