Persone capitali. Storie di entità giuridiche

by Anello, Giancarlo
Persone capitali. Storie di entità giuridiche

The contemporary world is the expression of a socio-corporative order in which the role of legal bodies (industrial and commercial enterprises, foundations, associations, churches, universities, public entities, and – according to some schools of thought – even states) is equal to that of individuals. Legal entities inhabit society just as individuals do, but more so than them, they unitedly and persistently contribute to the fulfilment of economic, social, scientific and religious demands. With a humanistic and visual approach like no other seen before, Giancarlo Anello explores the “stories” of some of these “capital” entities, tracing the intellectual itinerary that, from the Middle Ages to now, has given rise to the legal entities of today.
