If it’s the first time you go by sea, you should be guided by an experienced sailor. Someone like Aldo, who knows that the first thing to do when sailing is to set a destination. A destination that can be reached with unexpected events and ingenuity, through difficulties and cooperation. Aldo says you will always get somewhere. A sea story that is a metaphor for life, with its changes in course and points of view, to enjoy the most beautiful destination of all: the journey itself.
Sara Stefanini was born in Sorengo, Switzerland in 1982. She graduated in illustration and multimedia animation at the IED in Milan in 2006. Currently she works as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator for Italian and foreign magazines and publishing houses. She was selected for the 2016 Ilustrarte International Competition and the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Illustrators Exhibition.
