Quale faro per la sinistra? La sinistra italiana tra XX e XXI secolo
The pamphlet tries to grasp some of the limits of the political culture of the Italian left in the 1990s and, in particular, between the 20th and 21st centuries. Too often, for example, the left heir to the PCI has hastily and superficially compared the figure of Carlo Rosselli to that of Antonio Gramsci, avoiding really considering their scope and implications. And, more generally, we have often contented ourselves with indicating some ‘Pantheon’, rather than addressing the underlying issues. Tragic events such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, however, place even more the need for rigorous and profound political-cultural elaboration.
