Relazione di cura e cura della relazione. Per una clinica dei paesaggi relazionali
by Bonani, Matteo MariaMeeting the other, as it is, is always transformative. The willingness to include and integrate novelty and divergence is an indicative sign of the health of an individual and a community and its hope for change and growth. This text is addressed both to practitioners engaged in caring and growing relationships (such as psychologists, psychiatrists, educators, social workers, nurses) and to parents and families, with the intention of contributing to evolutionary social processes. This is an important work to overcome the institutional and welfare vision and participate in a new evolutionary-rehabilitation paradigm, placing the person at the centre and above all his or her Life Project, ambitions, and dreams, investing in the support he or she needs for a satisfying and inclusive quality of life. It is aimed at those who wish to improve their relational capacity, but also at those who wish to develop greater awareness in interacting with others, suggesting a possible language for doing so, indicating which attentions and actions are most functional to relational health and the environments they care for. This book brings together over twenty years of the author’s field observations in the areas of disability, mental health and child protection.
