Is there such a thing as a typical Earthfamily? Dad, mum, son, daughter, dog and cat. All bound together by an invisible glue. This is how the inhabitants of the florescent planet Ottta see the typical earthly family, their own lives filled with sadness and destined to a life forever alone. But…the Otttians take the decision to save their civilisation from decline and send young Lotsi to planet Earth, onthe night of Halloween, so his alien appearance willnot stand out. Lotsi teams up with two sisters, Luna and Clio, and together they go from house to house,asking, “Trick or treat?” Each time a door opens, the extrasensory vision of the extra-terrestrial sees into microcosmus of life and sentiment to read the family’s history. But this discombobulates everything and upsets the notions the alien had on what human families are like. Will Lotsi eventually learn the secreting redient that keeps such diverse families together,making them happy, each in their own unique way?
