The welfare state, born from the ideas of Beveridge and Keynes, and from the Bretton Woods agreements, has long been synonymous with stability and prosperity, albeit with various aporias.The unfavorable demographic trend, the economic crisis, the decrease in the working population, have gradually dried up the distribution process. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have widened inequalities and areas of marginalization.
