Andina, Fabio
Fabio Andina (Lugano) earned a degree in film studies in San Francisco. He now lives in Leontica, in the Swiss Ticino Alps. In 2005 he published the poetry collection Ballate dal buio, praised by Fernanda Pivano, and in 2016 he made his fiction debut with the novel Uscirne fuori. In 2018 he published La pozza del Felice (Rubbettino), a novel that won him the Terra Nova Prize and the Gambrinus Prize, and whose German translation in 2020 established him as one of the year’s breakout authors.
