Città foresta umana. L’empatia ci aiuta a progettare
by Cucinella, Mario, Uccello, SerenaMario Cucinella, one of the greatest internationally renowned Italian architects and designers, opens up and describes his approach to design. A book that is both a journey to reveal his work and a trip to the city’s places: the school, the hospital, the jail, the museum, the church, the home, the office. Sustainability is the common thread that ties together his entire reflection: plants are in fact a crucial source of inspiration when designing, also for their extraordinary ability to adapt. Cucinella is a pioneer in this and seems to perfectly interpret the spirit of the time: the attention paid to nature and against the consumption of resources.
