At Rangbuk, the highest monastery in the world, nestled in the heart of Tibet, a mysterious man begins to recount his past and the reason he withdrew to this inaccessible place. The man suffers from a strange condition that forces him to remember everything—every detail from his childhood onward. What might seem like an extraordinary gift has, in fact, turned out to be more of a curse.
His story begins when his parents, Linda and Ramesh, then young and ambitious university researchers—perhaps a little reckless—embarked on a journey to the Amazon to study pink dolphins and the legends surrounding them. They soon discover that the forest hides unexplored secrets that will bring the couple into contact with the most primal aspects of human nature.
