From Oslo: Vasari’s Lives for the first time in Norwegian.

The first Norwegian translation of Giorgio Vasari‘s Vite de’ più eccellenti pittori, scultori e architettori (published by Thorleif Dahls Kulturbibliotek, translated by Margareth Hagen) will be presented on 8 November at 6 pm at the Italian Cultural Institute in Oslo. Participants include art historians Øivind Storm Bjerke, Tone Lyngstad Nyaas, Morten Zondag, Anne Schäffer and publisher Eirik Welo.
