Italian Literature Festival in Vienna

The fourth edition of the Italian Literature Festival in Vienna will take place at the Odeon Theatre from 28 February to 2 March 2025.

An intense weekend with authors from Italy who will talk about contemporary Italian literature through different genres and languages.

This year’s festival authors are (in order of appearance) Olga Campofreda, Igiaba Scego, Roberto Alajmo, Rosella Postorino, Matteo B. Bianchi, Simonetta Agnello Hornby, Nello Cristianini, Erika De Pieri, Licia Trosi, Gian Marco Griffi, Giancarlo De Cataldo.

The La Fonte Festival is organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Vienna, the Libellula association and the Librai in corso association.
