Pordenonelegge 2021 and Italian Cultural Institutes

The collaboration between the Pordenonelegge – Festa del Libro con gli autori festival and the network of Italian Cultural Institutes around the world is renewed in 2021 and takes a leap forward in quality.  42 Institutes spread over the five continents will promote and broadcast the programme of Pordenonelegge web tv: thanks to this service, created in collaboration with Videe, the public in all latitudes will be able to follow on line from 15 to 19 September the 22nd edition of the event, which has become an essential part of the Italian literary calendar,  This digital second life, born during the worst months of the pandemic, has been transformed into a real web agenda with more than 70 meetings, dialogues and conferences, both live and recorded, in which more than 200 Italian and international figures from the world of literature, thought, theatre and art will take part, not to mention the events for young readers. Among the guests,  Emanuele Trevi – Strega Prize 2021, Michele Rech/Zerocalcare, Giuliano Sangiorgi, Milo Manara, Federico Rampini, Daria Bignardi, Gustavo Zagrebelsky, Iaia Forte, Teresa Saponangelo, Lidia Ravera, Massimo Recalcati, Michele Serra, Pif, Alessandro Piperno, Vittorino Andreoli, Silvia Avallone, Ilaria Tuti, Stefania Auci, Mauro Corona.  The Italian Cultural Institutes that have joined the initiative are those of Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Algiers, Hamburg, Athens, Barcelona, Beirut, Belgrade, Berlin, Bratislava, Brussels, Bucharest, Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Krakow, Dublin, Edinburgh Haifa, Helsinki, Hong Kong, Cairo, Lyon, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Marseille, Melbourne, Montevideo, Munich, Montreal, Moscow, Mumbai, Nairobi, Beijing, Rabat, Sao Paulo, Seoul, Sydney, Sofia, Stuttgart, Toronto, Tunis.

And thanks to digital technology, PNLegge web tv’s programming will continue even after the 2021 edition of the Festival has closed.
