La natura in città

Irene Penazzi (1989) si è laureata in Illustrazione per l’Editoria all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna. Ha studiato ad Amburgo presso l’HAW, Dipartimento di Design della Comunicazione, e ha collaborato con l’Associazione Culturale Hamelin. Ha ricevuto numerosi premi in concorsi di fumetto e illustrazione nazionali e internazionali.
Nature in the City
The unmistakable illustration style of Irene Penazzi takes us on an incredible journey to discover all of the species that inhabit the city together with the humans who live there. In the city, the gardens, parks, streets, buildings, and rivers are also home to wild boars, foxes, pigeons, bats, snails, spiders, swallows, mice, and even nutria. In every city, there is some kind of natural life to be discovered! This book contains eighteen illustrated double-pages to learn about “nature in the city” for the youngest readers.
Irene Penazzi (1989) graduated in Illustration for Publishing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She studied in Hamburg at the HAW in the Department of Communication Design, and has collaborated with the Hamelin Cultural Association. She has received numerous awards in comics and illustration competitions nationally and internationally.

艾琳娜·佩纳齐，1989年生，毕业于博洛尼亚美术学院，主修出版插画。她曾在德国汉堡应用科技大学传播设计系进修，并与哈梅林文化协会合作。她在多个国内外漫画与插画比赛中屡获殊荣。

Siamo una casa editrice specializzata in divulgazione scientifica per ragazzi e, proprio per questo, costituiamo un punto di riferimento nel panorama editoriale italiano.
La sede operativa è a Trieste, dove siamo nati nel 1993 grazie a Hélène Stavro. Da gennaio 2009 facciamo parte del gruppo Giunti Editore.
Per la scelta e l’ideazione dei libri seguiamo due linee guida: da un lato la traduzione di volumi pubblicati all’estero, con l’intento di far conoscere in Italia le migliori proposte straniere, dall’altro la collaborazione con autori, ricercatori, esperti e giornalisti scientifici italiani, cercando modi sempre nuovi per raccontare la scienza ai più giovani.
Per noi divulgazione non è solo un invito a leggere, ma soprattutto un invito a fare, e questo nell’ottica di un corretto approccio al pensiero scientifico: ecco perché nelle nostre proposte hanno una parte importante esperimenti e spunti per attività.
Cerchiamo inoltre di far riscoprire ai lettori la manualità attraverso un’ampia proposta di “libri-gioco”, che al contempo stuzzicano la fantasia e l’ingegno.
Alla produzione editoriale affianchiamo incontri con gli autori e laboratori didattici, con l’intento di avvicinare i ragazzi alla scienza e farli familiarizzare con i libri di divulgazione.

We are a publishing house specializing in scientific publications for children and for this reason we are a main point of reference in the Italian publishing world.
Our operational headquarters are in Trieste, where we began in 1993 thanks to Hélène Stavro. Since January 2009 we have been part of the Giunti Editore group.
For the selection and design of our books we follow two guidelines: on the one hand the translation in Italy of volumes that originate abroad, with the aim of making the best foreign proposals known in Italy; on the other the collaboration with Italian authors, researchers, experts, and scientific journalists, always looking for new ways to talk about science with the youngest readers.
For us, talking about science is not only an invitation to read, but above all an invitation to do, to participate, with a view to a correct approach to scientific thought: this is why experiments and ideas for activities play a very important role in our proposals.
We also try to help readers rediscover manual skills through a wide range of game books, which stimulate imagination and ingenuity at the same time.
We combine our editorial output with events with authors as well as educational workshops, with the aim of introducing children to science and allowing them to become familiar with popular science books.

“科学”出版社致力于出版青少年科普读物，已经成为意大利出版界在这一领域的标杆。出版社运营总部设在的里雅斯特，由埃莱娜·斯塔夫罗于1993年在此创立，自2009年1月起并入“琼蒂”出版社。
在图书的选题和构思上，该社遵循两条原则：一方面翻译引进国外已出版的优秀作品，让意大利读者认识全球最优质的科普作品；另一方面，我们与意大利本土的作家、研究人员、专家、科学记者合作，不断探索向青少年讲述和传播科学的新方式。
我们认为，科普不仅仅是让青少年阅读书籍，更重要的是引导读者动手实践，这也是让青少年形成科学思维的正确途径，因此在我们的书籍中，实验和活动建议占据了重要地位。此外，通过种类丰富的“游戏书”，努力让读者重新发现动手实践的乐趣。这些书籍同时也能激发想象力和创造力。
除了图书出版，我们还组织作者见面会、教学工坊，旨在让青少年亲近科学，并熟悉科普读物。
