Jack. Un’estate a Milano

by De Laude Silvia
Jack. Un’estate a Milano

During quiet summer days in Milan, Silvia De Laude writes this book, exploring Giacomo Leopardi through the lenses of Michele Mari, Giorgio Manganelli, Walter Siti, Cesare Garboli, and Alessandro Zaccuri. This isn’ta scholarly essay but a lively blend of De Laude’s experiences with literary critique. She intertwines her own life with past figures like Leopardi and Manzoni, encompassing cinema, travels, reflections, texts, and memories. DeLaude’s familiar tone brings authors and characters to life, engaging in a dynamic dialogue.
