The comic adaptation of Mark Twain’s masterpiece The adventures of Tom Sawyer by Claudio Nizzi and Nadir Quinto was originally published in episodes in 1984 in the children’s magazine Il Giornalino and is now avaiable in a new edition enriched by numerous special contents, realized from the original tables of Quinto. Nizzi starts his career as comic book writer in the’60s for il Vittorioso and il Giornalino, creating Larry Yuma, Capitan Erik and Rosco e Sonny. In the ‘80s he switches to Bonelli writing storie for Mister No and Tex.
Quinto, among the pioneers of Italian Comics, has realized the comic adaptation of numerous classics, including Little Women, The Wizard of Oz, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
