Nina, Jamal and Lori go back in time for the fifth time, and must help Artemisia Gentileschi. Her friend and assistant Ciecherella, the only one who knows the secret formula of the yellow dye that distinguishes Artemisia’s paintings, has disappeared. Following the clues, in the form of riddles from Mercurio, the magical blackbird, the three friends set out on the trail of Ciecherella, a young dyer. Giada Pavesi is a writer from Cremona, where she lives with her snobbish cat and a few too many plants. Whenever she can, she grabs her yellow suitcase and sets off to travel the world. In order to read all day long, she chose to study foreign languages and literature at the University of Milan and later in Leicester, England. Over the years, she has worked as a translator and librarian. Under the pen name Jude Archer, she has become an internationally recognized author.

Kalina Muhova was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1993. She is an illustrator and cartoonist, she has been living in Italy since 2013. During her already rich career she has published her works with various Italian and foreign publishers.
