Lupi, licantropi e luna piena
by Greganti, Marco
On a full moon night, a fearsome werewolf prowls the garden of the house on top of the hill. Our narrator is Mimì, a little dog who writes stories and lives in that very house with Anita, a ten-year-old girl. To protect his friend, Mimì starts sniffing out the creature’s trail all the way to the woods, where he meets a werewolf hunter. But when Mimì finally tracks down the werewolf, he’s in for a surprise: the creature was wandering through the vegetable patch looking for… veggies! David, the werewolf boy who lives in an ancient cave, is a vegetarian and would never hurt anyone. Will Mimì and Anita be able to convince the hunter, who’s armed with a big rifle? Can they save a monstrous being that everyone fears?
A story about the importance of accepting everyone, even who’s—very—different.
