Milo sui tetti

A homeless boy with a group of eccentric friends and a mysterious past to conceal. A funny and moving coming of age novel.

Milo is a eleven-year-old kid living on the roofs around the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery in Milan. Where are his parents? And why doesn’t he stay in a “real home”?

Apparently, Milo has everything he needs: Mr. Armando, a talented chef; Mr. Arturo, a natural-born storyteller; Adele, a generous granny-like figure; his cat Priscilla, his pigeon Bob and three new puppies to take care of.

When he realizes that someone is looking for him, though, to flee seems the only reasonable reaction…
