Fabio Cardone is a member of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), a member of the National Institute of Higher Mathematics (INDAM) and emeritus professor of Modern Physics at the Pontifical Universities of the Vatican State. He has been a member of various scientific and academic institutions: the Italian Physics Society, the New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS), the Italian Society of Applied and Industrial Mathematics (SIMAI), and the International Gravitation Society. He has held courses in physics, mathematics and relativity theory at various universities in Italy, Poland and the United States. He discovered the ultrasonic nuclear reactions patented in 2006 by the CNR.
