Paola Baccetti owns a vegetarian restaurant focusing on organic and local products. She has taught Italian cooking at Tuscookany for several years.
Laura Giusti, chef and sommelier, ran a restaurant with her brother for 20 years and now teaches cooking to both Italians and foreigners.
Franco Palandra, from Caserta and adopted by Arezzo, gained broad experience abroad, worked at Logge Vasari, and now leads courses at Tuscookany.
