Carrie and Faith are two little girls when their friendship, deep and radical, is suddenly cut off: moving to another house, to another city brings years of distance and silence. The two friends promise to write to each other, to keep in touch, but over time everything fades: it is reduced to a trail of absence. Only much later do they meet again, unexpectedly. Their relationship comes back as alive as it once was, they feel like each other’s sister, but something happens. Life draws mysterious, often incomprehensible drawings: exactly like those, indelible, that are formed in the existence of Carrie and Faith: two girls, two friends, two sisters.
