Fitarau, Sebastian
Sebastian Fitarau, after an initial assignment as resident chef at a historic restaurant in Lodi, continued his training at the prestigious Parma restaurant and landed in the kitchens of several Italian starred restaurants.
He later chose a more personal path, becoming a private chef, and today he is the resident chef for GialloZafferano. He has built a community of over two million followers on Instagram.
