Death game. E se l’amore facesse parte del gioco?

Ophelia suddenly wakes up dead. Or rather, a step away from death, since someone has decided to offer her and twelve other young people, prematurely died, a second chance. But soon she understands that it will not be so easy. The Interlude, the disturbing limbo that hosts them, looks like a huge skyscraper, where on each floor is waiting for them a terrible, ruthless trial, which can result in horrible tortures. Losing is a fate far worse than death: it means being devoured by the Empty and doomed to eternal oblivion. Ophelia expects a challenge to the last blood and does not believe she has many chances to survive, until ers eyes do not meet the dark and deep ones of another competitor, the mysterious Dante, with whom a special understanding is immediately created. As the trials become more and more difficult, Ophelia realizes that in the end only one of them will come back to life having to choose between two sides of the same coin: death or love.
