Luciana Baroni is a surgeon specialized in Neurology, Geriatrics and Gerontology, with an international Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is founder and director of the Vegetarian Nutrition Scientific Association (SSNV) and has published many articles on nutrition and lifestyle. In The VegPlate series, she has also published The Veg Mummy Plate (2015), The Veg Junior Plate (2016) and The VegPlate_50+ (2017).
