At the age of forty-six, Francesco Sforzi still lives with his parents. He has a super-equipped bicycle for the delivery of flyers, his only occupation. One day he is given the task of renovating his grandmother’s villa. The rooms are in terrible condition, regurgitating objects and secrets. Francesco thus discovers that nothing he knew about himself is true. As he tries to come to terms with these revelations, something happens: reality changes, is redrawing itself. It is the defeat. Driving Francesco there is a buzzing, as of flies. The same ones that invade the rooms he is trying to clean. The trauma turns out to be a rebirth. Francesco becomes aware of himself, he is ready to enter the world with arrogance. Iracond, liar, racist: from an underpaid rider on a bike, he finds himself a party leader. What’s more: suddenly the future of the country is in his hands…
