Lo spirito della natura vive sereno e in pace nella foresta, sino all’arrivo di un gruppo di abitanti della città. Cosa vogliono da lui, e perché? In questo racconto illustrato, la natura insegna all’uomo un’importante lezione di convivenza e solidarietà essenziale per la felicità di tutti.
Giulia Pancot nasce a Conegliano nel 1978. Laureata in scienze della formazione, dedica buona parte della sua vita all’insegnamento alla scuola primaria. L’illustrazione, assieme al creare storie, sono il sottofondo di tutta la sua vita. “I bambini sono un’incredibile fonte di meraviglia e di gioia. Amo inventare con loro mondi e storie. Adoro l’illustrazione perché con essa si può volare in universi incredibili e dare vita a piccole ed uniche gemme di realtà.” Proprio per questo le sue storie sono scritte e disegnate per essere viste con gli occhi ed il cuore dei bambini, per poter entrare, con delicatezza, nel loro mondo e suscitarne emozioni. Lo spirito della foresta è il suo ultimo lavoro.
The spirit of nature
The spirit of nature lives serenely and peacefully in the forest, until the arrivals of a group of city people. What do they want from him, and why? In this illustrated story, nature teaches man an important lesson of coexistence and solidarity that is essential for everyone’s happiness.
Giulia Pancot was born in Conegliano in 1978. A graduate in educational sciences, she dedicates a good part of her life to teaching in primary school. Illustration, together with creating stories, are the background of her entire life. “Children are an incredible source of wonder and joy. I love inventing worlds and stories with them. I love illustration because with it you can fly into incredible universes and give life to small and unique gems of reality.” Precisely for this reason her stories are written and drawn to be seen through the eyes and hearts of children, to be able to enter, delicately, into their world and arouse emotions.
