Fieseler Fi-156 Storch in Italian Service

Fieseler Fi-156 Storch in Italian Service

Among the many aircraft used by Regia Aeronautica units during the II World War, the Fieseler Storch proved to be extremely versatile and higly appreciated by italian crews. Although wide use was also made of the feared Stuka and the powerful Me109s, the Fi 156ʼs contribution remains unique particularly for its demanding fight characteristics and for the high risk missions it had to under take. This book is a tribute to the men that flew it to history. The monography contains a total of 76 colour and 62 black and white photographs (including three-views and profiles).
