La strada contro il tempo. Alla scoperta dell’algoritmo rivoluzionario per vivere meglio e più a lungo
by Della Morte Canosci, David
The fear of aging has always pushed us to seek therapies and interventions to limit the effects of time. For a long time, “defensive medicine” has been the answer to everyone’s problems and fears. But what would change if we could play offense? What would change if we could live longer and healthier, limiting diseases and frailties?
David Della Morte Canosci, one of the world’s foremost experts in longevity, reveals that aging well is possible, but only if we are willing to change our strategy and embark on a new journey. As with all journeys, we must identify a trajectory: understanding where we come from—our genetics, our DNA—and where we are now—epigenetics, the changes the environment and our habits have made to our genes. Only by considering these factors can we understand the ultimate goal, the most important one: where do we want to go?
This book will allow us to engage with leading experts in the fields of nutrition, neurology, sociology, cosmetic surgery, and even mathematics, asking them the questions we all wish we could pose. The goal is to provide us with tools to identify our weak points and areas we need to work on, to create a personalized anti-aging plan. And not only that. Thanks to machine learning techniques, it will soon be possible to develop a revolutionary “longevity algorithm,” capable of showing us the best strategies to live well and live long.
A formula that could change the life of all of us, both those approaching old age and those still in the prime of life. To access true longevity, discover the secret of every inner and outer beauty, and understand that it’s never too late to start feeling good.
