Buonanotte amore mio contains 28 cards, special bedtime stories as short as they are intense, created by Elisa Mazzoli to accompany the moment of falling asleep in the relationship between adults and children, and embellished with colorful drawings by Chiara Tassinari to stimulate the imagination and artistic sense.Each story proposes a situation of relaxation and abandonment to the imagination, a key element of all the activities that benefit the child, the adult and their emotional relationship: imagination, visualization, centering, awareness of one’s own body and emotions, release of muscular and nervous tensions due to habits, fears, stress of daily obligations, traumatic events of life.The cards, divided into four thematic areas in order to focus the objectives according to the psychophysical conditions of the child, can be chosen one by one, every night, to give the right value, time and atmosphere to the moment of falling asleep.


Chiara Tassinari was born in Savona in 1983. She graduated from the Liceo Artistico Arturo Martini in Savona, and then moved to Genoa to attend the Accademia Liguistica di Belle Arti.
Elisa Mazzoli has always lived in Cesenatico and is a writer, storyteller, editorial consultant, and trainer in the field of children’s literature. She has a degree in Political Science and has been writing books for children and young people since 1996.
