Author Elisa Mazzoli retells the classic story with humour, and a wink to the reader. The first little pig builds his house with hay, the second one with sprigs and the last one, wiser and cleverer than his brothers, with bricks. When the most terrible wolf of the world tries to destroy their houses, he doesn’t have any problem with the first two of them, but he can’t destroy the house of the last little pig. The wolf will pay his greediness, but only after a series of hilarious attempts at breaking in.
Elisa Mazzoli is an award-winning writer (Giulitto Prize 2014, IBBY International Shelf 2015, Nati Per Leggere award 2018) and author of more than 70 books and songs for children and two manuals for adults. Some of her works are translated abroad.Illustrations by L.
